I end the meeting with a gruff dismissal and then call the secretary in to give me the latest call back requests and paperwork and the stack is literally a foot tall! I blow out a huge breath and start on the stack. It’s been a little over a week since the ceremonies and the whole estate and court have been in an extremely somber mood. Titan is beside himself with guilt and has been MIA quite a bit. Leaving me and mom to handle the kingdom. Ariah is still catatonic. Doc had to put her back in the hospital because she stopped eating and started losing all the weight she fought like hell to gain. She won’t respond to anyone or anything.
