Their Keeper
(Aubrette POV) I awoke alone in bed. My entire body felt different. I felt strong and powerful. I could feel the buzzing of magic running through my veins. Blip was curled up against my stomach sleeping peacefully. It was at that moment that I heard screaming outside my window. I jumped from bed waking Blip who screeched loudly, and I ran to the window throwing it open. I looked out over the field and seen everyone on the field shreeking their heads screaming in terror and looking at the sky. Blip flew to the window seal and flew out. Fireballs rained into the sky from those below. I gasped when I seen hundreds of Phoenix flying through the sky. The screeched as they dodged the fireballs and I screamed loudly. "Stop it, don't hurt them!" I screamed so loud it hurt my throat.
