FLORA'S POV He didn’t stop until we were inside what had to be his bedroom. The space was massive, filled with muted colors and an air of quiet sophistication. He gently lowered me onto the edge of his ridiculously large bed, making sure I was steady before stepping back. “We’ll get you out of those wet clothes, get you warmed up, and then I’ll check your foot,” he said, his tone casual.
