Chapter 3- Then the bubble burst.

most people will say, a new beginning is tough. This is my 2nd year in Manhattan Silverado. I have two best friends now, Katniss and Quinn, yeah, they dont know about my past life but thats because I dont want a pity friendship, many people will expect a girl as hot as me to be dating someone but the truth is that i cant bring myself to that after what happened with Jason.

The next day, am ambushed by someone in the hallways. Of course, its katniss, the peppy redhead. I love her but sometimes, am not just in the mood.

"Hey, Audreyyy, yikes, i have been trying ur line all weekend and its not going through". I look at her with a straight face as if am not going to answer her question, when i see my gaze doesnt make her budge, i walk past her, sometimes am not ready for peppy redheads, checking my timetable, i realize am having Economics, the one class i dread because its the only 45 minutes she gets to listen to her ex crush fav subject. As i tried to pay attention, my two besties, katniss and Quinn were blabbing about a certain subject, i shushed them up and tried to scribble on my books but that was how the bubble burst.

My stool broke and a guy helped me up, i looked into his eyes and saw care, he stared at me and asked if i was okay and that was when my dear friends, i knew i was on for a ride. I told him thanks and walked out, my two friends trailing behind me. They tried to convince me that the so called Mr who saved my life was my Prince Charming, yeah, i know, i have drama queen for friends.

That night, in my dream, Or rather a repitition of the recurrent dreams av always had, Jason trying to have his way with me again and then this guy who helped me today stepped in and saved me after putting Jason in his place. I smiled in my sleep having hope that no one will ever hurt me again.
