Dave was going to look for a good excuse to give to her and leave immediately from there. But for now he would just try his best to be patient enough with her for now. He was still in his thoughts when he heard her footsteps approaching and he quickly looked over to the direction he was hearing it from. And saw her walking towards him with a wild smile on her face. She stopped in front of him. "Let's go, I'm done setting up the table." She said,

"Alright," he replied and dropped the remote control as he got up on his feet and they both started walking out of the sitting room

They both got to the dining room and they pulled out chairs for themselves and had their seats. While Gina quickly got on again and started dishing out the food. They ate until they were filled before Dave got up and started walking out of the dining room. While Gina took the dishes out of the dining room. She took them to the kitchen and washed them off and returned them back to where they are kept before leaving the kitchen. She made her way over to the sitting room and had her seat beside Dave on the couch. They both started talking about some random things as they sat together there. Meanwhile all these while that they were together Gina didn't for once forget about Scott but she was behaving all loving towards Dave to get her mind off Scott. So whenever Dave was around her, she was able to focus on him alone. And she was happy about that and that was the more reason she wasn't too happy that Dave hasn't come to her since. She was actually happy and relaxed now that he was there because she knew that once she was done making dinner,her thoughts of Scott won't definitely return because she had noticed to distract her from it.

Soon Dave told her he wanted to go home, that he actually had a busy and havoc day and he actually needed some rest. She tried to stop him and ask him to stay with her a little longer but he insisted on leaving. So she had no choice but to actually allow him to go. Though she knew that after he had gone, she would really be bored and might end up thinking about Scott all over again and that was what she had been avoiding. But she just had to go ahead with it and all him leave but she will have to figure out a way to deal with her thoughts of Scott all by herself.

Gina and Dave walked together to his car and she waved him good night and they both shared a kiss before Dave finally got into his car and drove off. While Gina returned back into her house. She locked up her door and decided to sit back on her couch and watch movies. She hoped it would get her a little distracted from any thoughts that were about to come into her mind. She changed the channel that was on display before and went for a more interesting movie. She relaxed back on the couch as she tried to focus her glance on the TV set she was currently watching.

Meanwhile Dave was now on the highway driving, speedily. He just couldn't wait to get home and be with his dad and. That story was actually what he was consigned about and nothing more. While he was still at Gina's place she pleaded with him to stay with her a little longer. He was angry and he wished he could just slap her across the face and go out. He was actually not happy with her because he blames her for being the reason he didn't get to go with his father and the other rogues in the morning while they were going out for the mission. And now she was actually trying to delay him from going home early to hear the stories about the mission he has been longing to hear all along. He doesn't want to unleash his anger on her because that would really ruin his plan,so that was why he tried his best to act calm enough. But he was so happy that he had finally left her place and was now on his way to hear what he has been longing to hear. And back at his house he doesn't need to pretend to love Gina.

He can say every single word that comes out of his mouth freely but whenever he is with her he has to pretend and pretend and he was so tired of doing all of that. Soon he was now in front of his gate and the security man there quickly opened the gate for him to drive in, which he did immediately. He just couldn't help but smile immediately as he parked his car in the garage. He got down from the car and locked it up before he started walking into the house. The door was always open so there was no need for him to knock. He just opened it and went into the house. But when he entered the sitting room, he found it totally empty and frowned. But he wasn't going to give up; he would sit there and wait patiently for his father to return. He told himself and had his seat on a couch and waited for a while for his father to return to the sitting room.

While he was still waiting he got up and went to the bar in the sitting room. He took up a bottle of wine and a glass and went back to the couch he had sat earlier. "They have celebrated theirs, I think I should also celebrate mine as I wait for my father." He said, to himself with a wild smile plastered on his face, as he had his seat on the couch again.
