I knew that I was great at what I was doing. 4 of us made top leaders of our group, but I am the highest-ranked. We train our group to fight. Itʻs early morning and the rest of the group are still asleep. I sit on the shore of Zigadenus Lake and take in itʻs beauty. Admiring the tall surrounding mountains above and a hillside of rolling rocks below that lead to the Lake and from afar the rocks look as fine as sand. Military camp has been my life for as long as I can remember. My parents being rich and all, didnʻt have time to fit me into their busy schedule. In fact, the story repeats itself with a lot of the boys here. Camp makes it mandatory that our parents call and speak to us at least once a month. Iʻm grateful for those moments.
