Weeks later...
The last few weeks have indeed been very hectic at the club, with several events featuring world-renowned artists performing. I've really been working double shifts these past few days, leaving home early and returning late at night.
My children really miss me and say they don't like my new job because it keeps me away from them.
My heart sinks every time I hear that, but I know it's necessary to keep working to provide the best for them, as it really hurts me when my children ask for something and I can't give it to them.
