I put my thoughts aside and looked at the boys, approaching cautiously so as not to scare them more than I already had, and asked,

"Yes, they're really cool," the smallest of them with brown hair answered.
I opened a huge smile for the child, bending down to be their size.
"Did you know that my brother and I were fans of the Justice League?" I asked.
