The atmosphere between Rupert Washington and Elizabeth Black was oddly tense.
Yi Wei had clearly noticed it too.
He had originally intended to have a good chat with the young couple.

But the couple sat in silence.

Rupert Washington didn't say anything and simply turned around and left.
His back radiated a sense of irritation.
Both agitated and rigid.
Elizabeth Black watched him leave the plastic surgery department and head straight to the office across the hall.
