I opened my eyes and panic set in. The lights were bright and I couldn't move. I was being held down. I struggled to open my eyes fully and soon realized I was in the hospital. The smell of lavender mixed with rain filled my nose and I knew that it was Anderson in the bed behind me with his arms wrapped tightly around me. His scent seemed to calm me and I relaxed trying to stay as still as possible even though I knew I did not deserve his comfort, I wanted to enjoy it as long as possible. I knew once he rejected me my heart would be broken and the pain would be unbearable.
