At The Summit

690 Words
She took him inside the cottage. Jim was sure, the summit was empty, so he touched the wooden wall as well. It has been magically flown over here, it wasn’t here a few days before and the surroundings were clean, without any sign of machinery needed to construct it. Inside, one large bed with her hands guiding him. Part of his brain urged him to stop, this bloody witch would take an organ or two out of you, run, run as fast as you may. It was a fraction of the brain, the overwhelming majority put his blood circulations to one part of his body. It was a night to remember. “You will be without for so long, this is it”, she said flying off into the Moon through the window with Jim sleepy hugging the pillow expecting for her to come back. He was there until another full Moon circle, not wanting to leave, not wanting to do anything. Remembering sweet kisses, her hair on his face, caressing her neck and toes. It was all in the distant past as the walls of the shed repeated her goodbye: “You will be without for so long, this is it”. Some kind of spell is cursed upon him. How and why, he wasn’t sure but Jim had to live with it. He returned to his daily duties, avoiding people with longing in his pants and all over the body every full Moon. The years passed by up to one Tuesday, a very sunny day. He was walking by the river, another bike was stolen. It wasn’t the heat but the intensity of Sun rays hurting his pupils. He wanted to turn his head around, but something was coming towards him, something very fast. The same motorcycle, but the wrong girl. Or was she? Her hair was dark, like of a crow, her eyes pitch blackness. “Come on, get on”, she whispers, but Jim hears thunder in his ears. When this day would come finally, he would know exactly what to do, but now he wasn’t sure. He was afraid, restless, not sure if he is up to the task, looking at his clothes, dirty shirt, short pants with hairy awkward legs. He touched his chin, he didn’t shave for weeks and his hair. He remembered that old man, he must resemble more to him than an eligible young fellow, smart, dress sharply, with fine hair and a plan in his eyes. She waited until he did proper self-examination and gave him his hand. He never touched anything so smooth and gentle. He smiled to her, but she turned her head and they were on the way. This time there was no hair in his face, she worn helmet. They were at the summit in no time. There was another girl waiting for them. She took the hand of the driver and kissed her mouth passionately.  Jim was stunned and a little bit embarrassed. No way he could kiss a girl like that. He expected the same for him, leaning a bit forward and closing his eyes. However nothing happened as he was all alone in front of the two stories houses, where once lonely shed stood. “Coming?” “Yes, I am coming”, he cursed inside himself and jumped on the stairs. Inside it was Feng shui accommodation and he liked it, hitting one couch. The girls didn’t appreciate this attack on their furniture, with one holding the towel and the other shaving kit and scissors. Embarrassment is the talk of the day as he retreated to the bathroom. “Let’s be honest, I wouldn’t have anything to do with myself in such condition”, he was talking to a mirror. He dressed nicely, waiting for inevitable. Life doesn’t go as expected as the supper was next with sleeping all alone in one of the rooms upstairs. “Tomorrow, you will understand everything tomorrow”, with candles in their arms they escorted him and went together in one room at the end of the corridor. “No sleeping for me tonight”, Jim was restless in fine bed, looking at the door, wanting to pierce the walls and see what is going on behind them.
