"Some of the Elders are doubting your allegiance," Ragnar said. They think you might be dangerous to the pack.
This made me fume with rage. "I have only served this pack."
"I know," Ragnar said, his voice quieter now. But we need to address their concerns.
I closed my eyes for a moment and tried to calm my feelings. "What do you recommend?"
"We need to prove your loyalty," Ragnar said. "Let them know you are loyal to the pack."
I simply nodded, comprehending the seriousness of the problem. "I will do whatever is necessary," I replied.
