19 Turannos An American built Bell helicopter crossed over the azure waters of the Aegean bringing Palestinians, Abbas Jamil and Yusuf Tanura to Turannos Kariakos’ private island. Departing from Crete, the helicopter hovered briefly over a cove lined with fishing boats. It presented a picturesque photo as the air was still and the area seemed abandoned.
