"Hold on... Piya, just hold on a bit." "My hand is slipping. I can't... I..I.. Aaaaaaaaa" "Splash..." "Piya!" He hit the killer and jump into the river to save me. "Splash..." He swims and grabbed my hand. I was choking inside the weather. He was about to pull me. "Aaaahh Ohh..Ohh..Ohh" I gasp and cough. I am back again? I am in my bathroom, submerged in the bathtub. I am back again. Jayesh? He must be standing in front of my door. I rushed to get up. I slipped and almost fall as before. Searched for my bathrobe. Rushed to open the door. When I did so I see Jayesh kneeling down in pain. He is coughing as he went out of breath too, like me. "Jayesh!" "Piya! Piya, are you okay?" What?????? "Ohh..Ohh" He coughs. He went back with me as well. Oh, my God. "Ahhh" He cries out of pain. "Wait... hold on" I helped him to get up. His arm on my shoulder, mien on his waist. Carefully I made him stand and we step into my house.  Today for the first time I feel my house is too big. My bedroom is so far from my main door. This distance will kill me. Anyway, he is in pain, I should bear some to get him lay on the bed to rest. "Your hand?" He murmurs. "Take a nap. Everything is fine. Don't worry." I assure him. "That bastard hurt you." He is in pain, dizzy even then also he has a concern for me. And look at me. I hurt his feelings by accusing him. What was I thinking?  I feel dizzy too and fell asleep there. I am on a chair next to my bed, my head resting on my bed. *** "Amm mm"  I wake up with this sound. I see Jayesh is struggling to get up. "You are too noisy, Jayesh. Stay there, you need rest. Green tea?"  "What's happening? Who saved us?"  "I guess no one." "Then how did we end up here? I clearly remember last night we were at the bridge. A guy cut your wrist and we fell into the water. I examined your wrist when you were asleep. No sign of a wound. I fought with him. I can still feel the pain. Someone must have saved us." "Here you go. It is cool as you like." I hand over the cup of tea to him. "I am not in a mood.." "Umm.. It has turmeric so drink it quietly. It's good for your health." He nodded. "Buzz buzz....buzz buzz" "Your phone?" I say. "It's Seema's manager calling. Why? s**t! He'll file a case against us. After what happened last night, he won't show any mercy. We spoiled Seema's reputation." He panicked. "Answer the call." "What?" "Trust me, answer the call, and set a meeting for tomorrow." "Why?" "Just do as I say no. And ya don't freak out while talking. Speak calmly." "Ahmm. Hello. Yes. What?" I stare at him. Shook my head to indicate him not to panic. "Can we meet tomorrow? Not possible.. okay. What? Day after tomorrow?" I nodded. "Okay.. day after tomorrow.. t tt time?" I am listening to his call carefully. "Morning?" I shook my head. "No... no.. not possible." "Evening...evening" I hiss. "We can meet in the evening. Okay. Fine. Sure..sure. Okay. yah." The call ends, and we took a breath of relief. "Piya, I am confused. He sounds like nothing happened. He said I promised to meet him today, but I didn't. How could that be possible? We didn't contact each other since I requested to delete your viral video." "You did that?"  "Yes" "Thank you." "Don't be so formal." An awkward silence spread out. We sip our tea in silence. I break the silence. "Jayesh!... Actually.. We have time-traveled." "Puffff..." He spills the tea as he startled over my face. Thank God he likes to drink tea after it cooled down.  "I took bath just now." "Sorry sorry... let me wipe.." He took the tissue papers on the side table to wipe tea on my face. He stopped when his glance hit over my wet neck. His eyes slowly gliding downwards. "Hey?" "Soo...so sorry..." He closed his eyes.  "Sorry.... you should change...Piya.. Piya..." *** "Now okay?" I changed into a t-shirt and trousers. Walk over him.  "You need a painkiller?" I ask. "No... you?"  "I am fine." "So what is this? Does time travel? I don't get it." He says. "I didn't get it too earlier. But I figured out that I had time traveled not once but twice. This is the third time. At first, I thought it was a dream. Some kind of vision. Then I thought I went insane. But now I am totally confirmed, we have time traveled." "S that's why you were saying you saw Seema dead?" "Yes" "So your prediction over the boat race... Oh my God... I still can't believe it... Is it really possible?" "It happened. Just now. I don't know how, but it does. I don't know why but I went back."  "Wow... Still unbelievable." "I know it's hard to believe. But I show you the evidence. The calendar doesn't lie. This news live streaming can't be fabricated. Right? You talked to Nikita now to confirm. What result came? She is absolutely healthy. Trust me. I have experienced it before. It is frustrating, but this is the truth." "But..." Jayesh is speechless now.  How can anyone believe in such a mythical thing? "So according to you, we traveled to the past? Right?" I nodded. "Fine... But why today? What is so special about this day?" "Don't know. But I end up at this time only.  This day, this time, this particular situation." "Every time?" "Yes. every time." "This is weird. Totally insane."  "Taking a round of my leaving room again and again won't change anything," I say. He stops his anxious movement. "Then what will?" He asks. "I tried everything but fails. Maybe I am not that capable to figure out and save anyone." "Save? Whom? Deepak?" His word made me upset. My eyes get filled with tears. I was about to burst out a cry. He senses it and pulls me into his embrace. "Shusshhh..." I am in his arms sobbing. His hand gently patting my shoulders. His hand slides up and gently stroking over my head.  I never felt that ease. I felt secure, peaceful in his embrace. "Shush.. I am here." His words feel so warm. His hug is so soothing. He led me to the couch. We are sitting there. He is hugging me gently. Don't know when this cozy feeling leads me to sleep. And a doze off in his arm comfortably.
