Healing grace hospital (Hernandez Hospital)
The hospital never really slept.
Even in the early hours of the morning, Healing Grace Hospital was already alive. The automatic doors opened and closed every few seconds, bringing in patients, relatives, doctors, nurses, and visitors who moved through the enormous lobby with different reasons for being there.
Some walked quickly.
Others ran.
A nurse hurried past with a file pressed against her chest while another called out for someone from the emergency department. Somewhere down the corridor, a monitor began beeping rapidly, followed by hurried footsteps and a voice calling for assistance.
This was the side of medicine people rarely saw.
