•BENJI• One of the things I've wished for when we moved in is "ACCEPTANCE." I mean, who wouldn't want that. As a Filipino kid, my parents taught me that the most valuable trait one could possess aside from embodying culture is acknowledging differences and using them as a bridge rather than a wall. At an early age, they already made me fully aware that we are living in a very diverse society, and all we could do about it is that, rather than preventing, we have to show them hospitality and respect as that they would do the same.
