CHAPTER THREE

Adriana`s pov

"Really?" I said and put down the diary on the bed, next to me. I have been reading the diary of the girl of this body and she did this because her boyfriend cheated on her with her cousin and they bullied her? That's why?  She really can't deal with stress. Love is really complicated, it can change people. Sometimes from weaker to stronger or stronger to weaker.

  I sighed and fell back to the bed. Well, she also died of sadness, so why I am the one who got the second chance? Why didn't she got it? I checked the date, it was yesterday that I was killed. I shook  my head, trying to move this things out of my head. So her name is Adriana Carter, that's her dad called me Adriana. Well that's good I can live with my actual name. She was in her last year in completing her MBA or something like that. She was 20 years and were heiress to Carter Inc. It is not a big company, but searching through internet I pretty much knew that it had potential. I stood up from my bed and started to walk towards door to get dinner. "Well fate gave me a second chance, now it's time for some counterattack. "I said to myself smirking.

David's pov

"Uh" I woke up from my sleep, frustrated.

"What is your problem?" I asked Sam- my wolf. I was really restless because I couldn't find the person who tried to kill me today and when I tried to sleep my wolf won't let me. He was also restless like me.I suddenly felt a sharp pain. What? My wolf started to sob? Unbelievable! I jumped out of my bed and took my coat, took my keys and went to the garage. I got in to the car and drove towards Lucy's home.

I reached her house and knocked the door. My heart was still aching, my wolf was still in pain. I clenched my chest after a agonizing pain shot through me. Lucy opened the door ,her smile faded at the instant at the look of mine."What the hell is happening?" That's all I heard before losing conscious.

I opened my eyes and found that I was in my room. My beta, Jake was standing next to me.I looked at smiled at him. "I thought you won't wake up man! You know I was kind of hoping that" he said with a smile. I narrowed my gaze at him, jolted from my bed and smacked his head laughing. He started to rub his head, he was little surprised at my speed and my laughing. I walked towards my floor to ceiling length window to look at the city. I also was surprised. I was laughing? My wolf was so happy .I never seen him this happy.

Last  time I clearly  remember he was in so much pain. "Which day is it?" I asked  turning around. "Sunday" he replied.

Shit! Its been two days? "Lucy told me to tell you that she couldn't find why you and your wolf were in pain" Jake said. I nodded.

"Alpha" he changed his tone."I am leaving to complete my work in the office. If you need anything, just mind link me. Take some rest." With that he left the room.I also went to complete my work so I could forget the thing that happened. Now my wolf is fine or well he is extremely happy for god knows what.
