Toya jerked awake from the perch he held a short distance from Kyou's mansion. He had fallen asleep in his attempt to contact Kyoko in her dreams but the barrier that Kyou had erected had hampered his attempt. He began to howl as the images of Kyoko and Kyou drenched in sweat and l**t filled his mind. In his rage, he had broken through the dream barrier. No one would take Kyoko from him, even in her sleep.
How dare Kyou try to take what was his! He howled again into the night as the demons began a new assault on his mind, telling him to kill. Toya jumped higher into the tree, trying to shake their thoughts from his mind. He didn't want to see the images of Kyoko with Kyou but the demons within continued to replay them over and over, telling him he should seek revenge.
