We entered the house, laughing like idiots. Alexander was still carrying me, and I had to be honest with myself, I loved being there. He carried me to the kitchen and gently set me down on a chair, looking at Agnes with a smile.
Alexander: Agnes, could you make some crackers, cheese, and fruit, please? The walk had worked up Angel's appetite.
