Ace Jr. frowned, confusion darkening his expression.
“What in the world…? Who the hell is this?”
One of his friends shrugged. “I don’t know. Maybe some madman roaming around. Probably looking to beg.” He sneered. “Do you want money, huh? You wandering into business that doesn’t concern you as well? Just beg and go.”
Ace huffed, irritated and amused at the same time.
“I cannot believe this.”
He dug into his pocket, pulled out a few peanuts, and flung them toward the stranger. They scattered across the ground at Dante’s feet.
“Take! Scurry off. Get out of this place.”
Dante looked down at the peanuts on the floor… then slowly lifted his gaze to Ace.
