Chapter Ten: Lillyanna

Its been weeks now since the incident with that Omega she-wolf. We still don't know why she attacked me or Rebecca. My guess, she wanted John or Josh. After all they were alpha blood and Josh will be Alpha king in a week while in another year or so John will take over another pack. It's crazy to think but its true. Some women just want power. Why? I don't know I hate those type of people they are cruel and hurtful. They have no regard for anyone but themselves. I know I sound like a b***h but its true. I roll over against a hard chest and I sigh. John has been in the habit of sleeping in my room since that day. We don't do anything other than sleep. We have kissed a few times but never more.

I act like I hate it sometimes but secretly I loved it. Sneaking a peak to make sure he's still asleep I snuggle closer and inhale his scent. He smelled good, like a little bit of rain and oak wood. It was nice, refreshing actually. I feel his chest vibrate as he chuckles and I smile, maybe he will think I'm asleep and not realize how much I enjoy this. "I know your awake Lilly flower..." his morning voice was raspy and deep, sexy. I say nothing as I still keep my eyes closed. I liked the nickname. He's been calling me that for three days now and every time I blush.

He wraps his arms around me and pulls me so I'm laying on top of him. He buries his nose in my neck and inhales. My breath hitches and I feel him smile before he kisses the spot his mark will be one day. I try to hold back a shiver but to no avail. "Should I continue my Lilly flower?" I hold back a moan and sit up hands on his bare chest. "You are an ass." I grumble yet my face was flushed and he knew it. He laughs, I love his laugh deep and sexy. His hands grip my waist tightly, "Is that so?" My eyes widen when he presses me down on him and he smiles. "Whats the matter?" "You're doing this on purpose." I snap but there is no harshness in my words.

He chuckles and pushes his hips up and my nails dig into his chest and I watch as his eyes darken. My breath catches in my throat and I clear my throat before I get off him and get up. "I have to go to training." I mumble as I grab clothes and go to my bathroom to get dressed and do my morning routine. I hear him laugh as I walk away, when I leave the bathroom he is still laying down in just his sweat pants and I swallow. Our eyes lock and I bite my lip, I shake any naughty thoughts away and kiss him softly before I get my shoes on and leave.

I make it to training, us girls always train early in the mornings. I was currently sparring with Addison and Adeline. Addison throws a punch at the same time Adeline goes to kick my side. I catch Adeline's ankle and bend backwards to dodge the punch from Addison. I throw Adeline's balance off and cause her to fall into Addison. With that I trip Addison and send both her and Adeline to the mats. They grunt and groan, I help them both up and we all smile. While us girls talk about stances we all could fix we hear clapping from afar and we look in that direction to see the guys watching.

My eyes instantly find John's and I can't help the way my eyes travel his body. I hear girls giggling and see some warriors eyeing the guys. Sahra huffs and makes her way to Alex and kisses him claiming my cousin Rebecca does the same to Josh. Addison and Adeline glare at the girls cheeking Henry and Aurther out but they do nothing because they were waiting to be eighteen next year and claim their mates. I think Adeline will be with Aurther, and Addison will be with Henry. Even so they wanted to wait on the mate bond. I stay put by them as I glare at the girls as well especially when one walks up to John and touches his arm. I let out a growl and Ella was close to the surface.

John looks at me and smiles, he knows. He removes the girls hand and steps back but she follows and Ella takes control somewhat. We walk over and grab the girl by her hair. "What the hell?!" She yells and Ella growls "Hands off my MATE" she emphasizes on the mate part. The she-wolf glares at me and we glare back as Ella throws her to the floor. "Go hit on someone else because he is taken." She laughs actually f*****g laughs. "If your his mate then why are you not marked?" Me and Ella want to rip her to pieces. "Because we're waiting not that its any of your business b***h. Now scram!" She leaves but before she does she shoots John a sultry smile and I nearly loose it.

I would have lost it if he hadn't turned away from her and grabbed me inhaling my scent. Me and Ella both relax and breath him in, he smiles and kisses my forehead, "Better?" He asks softly. I nod against his chest. He leans next to my ear and murmurs so only I can hear, "Axel and I think you and Ella are sexy when you're jealous and claim us like that." I shiver and he chuckles. "Stop that!" I hiss. "What?" He pretends to be innocent and I give a deadpan look, he laughs. "You know what" he chuckles when our friends laugh and giggle. I groan and mumble "Children all of you." That makes them all laugh harder and John kisses my cheek. "Yet you love us all but me more." I sigh. I couldn't deny it but I don't answer him either and he smiles.

We all walk out of the training room and to the kitchen to eat lunch. When we get there the Luna Queen Lady Labella was just finishing up lunch and set it on the table. "Thank you Luna." I thank her. "Now none of that you are John's mate. Just call me Labella or Bella like Rebecca does. Or mom." She smiles sweetly. "Thank you Lu...uh..Bella" I smile and John and everyone else chuckle. I was so used to calling her Luna that it would be hard to break the habit. The guys sit and Alex pulls Sahra into his lap and Josh does the same to Rebecca. John gets me and him a plate than pulls me by my waist and guides me to sit on his lap.

I blush but let him feed me, he rotates from feeding me to eating some himself. Josh starts talking about how vampires and some werewolf rouges have been spotted by the border and I listen closely. The vampire king says its not him or his people, I can't help but wonder if maybe its the vampires who are cast out of the vampire kingdom much like how the rouge wolves were cast out of the wolf kingdom. If that's the case why are the vampires and wolves both coming close to the borders. Are they trying to make an alliance with one another? If that's the case then there might be a war coming soon. Surely Josh and everyone can see that as well. Does this mean that the dark witches who practice dark magic will also be part of the alliance with them?
