Chapter Twelve: Lillyanna

Ella growls and tears into the other wolfs neck ripping it out, blood goes everywhere and another jumps at us only for a big grayish wolf to tackle it and bite its neck. I watch as Axel kills the other wolf but don't have time to be impressed as Ella runs to help another wolf from being ganged on. Ella bites a rogues shoulder but let's go and howls as another jumps on our back and bites down hard. That s**t hurt, Ella throws the rogue off and we use my magic to set them on fire. Howls of agony echo through the forest. A brown wolf jumps on a vampire ripping his head off. Ella turns and moves to the next wolf fighting, the pain from the bite hardly there from the adrenaline.

Growls, whimpers, and screams echo through out the fight. 'I think thats the last one' John's voice comes through the mind link. 'Did anyone check the south border?' I ask. 'I'm over here now, its all clear I think only the north border got attacked.' Josh's voice. 'The other borders are cleared as well." Alpha king Conners voice. 'Good work everyone, go get checked out if your hurt than meet me on the training field not the gym the field.' 'Yes sir' we all say in unison through the link. Ella walks behind a bit slower than usual probably from us being bit. Axel comes up and rubs his nose on our side and I hear John speak in our private link. 'You both okay?' 'Yeah just a small bite nothing serious' 'your limping' 'no I'm not' 'You are, now stop arguing and let's go to the infirmary.' I sigh but listen.

Once at the infirmary we shift back and we are handed clothes to dress. I wait on the doctor as John paces the room. "Would you stop please" I glare at him and he looks at me. "You said it was a small bite not....like that!" I sigh he was exaggerating. The doctor comes in and checks my wound and starts to clean it. It f*****g burned, "You won't be able to do excessive training for about a week." I groan "Your kidding me." "How bad is it Doctor Brandon?" John asks like I'm not even here. "The bite is all the way to the bone but her wolf should heal her in a day or two but she'll be weak for about a week" I glare getting frustrated with them I was right here and they acted like I wasn't! "I'll be-" John jumps in before I can finish speaking "How often should we change the bandage?" "About every six hours or so depending." Doctor Brandon says and I stand. "Enough! I am right here stop acting like I'm not!" I glare.

John walks over and cups my cheeks, "Sorry Love but I'm just so worried about you." "I'll be fine and look my birthday is in three weeks I'll be fine by then hell I'll be fine before this week is up." I sigh and kiss his cheek before looking at doctor Brandon. "Can I go now?" "Uh...yes of course....let me get your papers." He leaves and I sit waiting. "How are you feeling?" John sits next to me. "Fine, the pain isn't even that bad." I look at him, seeing the worry in his eyes I sigh. "Don't worry so much John, I'll be fine" He sighs and takes my hand, "Its just...I can't lose you" He presses his forehead to mine, "Axel is also going crazy about Ella." Ella perks up at this and speaks 'Tell them I am fine just tired' "Ella said she's fine just tired." "How about you both rest when we get to our room." "But-" "Please" I sigh giving in, I couldn't resist his soft side. "Fine when we get home, but we still need to go to the training field or your dad will be pissed at us both."

After getting my discharge papers we head to the training field. Once there everyone surrounds me and I have to reassure them that I was fine. "Alright everyone settle down!" Alpha Conners voice booms with his Alpha aura and everyone goes silent. He goes over the attack and the rogues, he goes over better attack methods and how to improve our speed, he goes over how the witches will make a barrier so no outsider will ever be able to come in. Lastly he goes over my birthday which I sigh, I wish they didn't go all out but Luna Queen and all the girls and the other Lunas couldn't help themselves. Now I'll have to dress up and everything, I hate that part but would do anything to keep everyone happy. Plus I'll be able to officially be claimed by John on my birthday. I hear someone scoff and I look over to see Emily a she-wolf who has always tried to get upper ranks to notice her, she was glaring at me which I understood that when she was in elementary with John she claimed they would be mates but turns out it wasn't true. 'He's our mate' Ella says with so much possessiveness that I can feel it. 'Don't worry I don't think she would try anything' I say back but I could hear the doubt in my own words.
