“Hugh and I talked and decided that I will leave Angel here in his care and come back with Ashton for Avery’s ceremony. I will go back after finishing the ceremony.” Grace informed me, but this arrangement didn’t settle well with me.
“Are you sure leaving Angel behind is a good idea?” I asked her anxiously. I heard her taking a deep breath. “I know you are anxious about her, my love… but she is recovering well here. Avery was right about the medical facilities for pups here. The doctor who is taking care of her is a very loving and kind lady. It’s not like we are leaving her forever. I will come back here for her. It’s just for two days.” she answered me and I sighed helplessly.
