“I am entrusting my daughter’s safety with you, Alexander. I wish that you two grow old together,” Edward wished me in a calm tone, but I could feel his worry for Avery in his tone. “You don’t worry, Dad…. Her safety is my first priority. I don’t know what's in her deal with the prince, but I won’t let her put her life in danger because of this. You have my words,” I once again assured him in a confident tone.
He passed a tight smile and we both looked behind us when we heard Avery and her mother’s voice. Her mother was still nagging her and I could see that she was annoyed to her maximum limit. “Okay, Mom…. Let them go now or else they will reach the pack by evening,” William interrupted her mother’s nagging, saving Avery from bursting out.
