“What happened here?” I roared in panic as soon as we opened the nursery door. Two nurses were lying unconscious on the floor and the whole room was a mess. The key point was that Theo’s baby girl was missing.
Avery sniffed harder, and she started running again. Without thinking twice, both I and Hugh started following her. “Connor… Theo’s baby girl is missing…. The nursery is a mess….
