No answer was heard. It only fuelled his anger.
"The f*****g project was lost because of your ignorance. You really are totally unreliable. It was a stupid move to give such an important task to you."
She woke up with a jolt. It has been a while since she remembered that conversation, let alone dreamt of it. She was an ugly crier. And since she rarely cried it was a mess when she did. She would let the waterworks for hours and it often ended up with her unable to wake up from terrible headaches the next day. She didn't mean to miss the meeting and mess things up. It totally slipped her mind because of the incident of the night before. She had gotten rejected and she didn't expect that violent reaction in a million years.
