“Emmy, you’re finally awake.” He squeezed her hand but he immediately noticed that she furrowed her brows and realized he pained her.
“I’m sorry. I will call the doctor immediately.” He left the room in a hurry and asked the first nurse he saw to help him. She calmed him down and told him to go back to Emily while she fetches the doctor. It was silent as she was barely able to talk and he didn’t know what to say. When the doctor arrived, he checked her vitals and they seemed to be fine.
“doctor were you able to determine what’s wrong with her?”
“The test result has indeed come out but we can’t reveal anything until Miss Anna arrives. Since miss Emily seems to go in and out of consciousness and her sister is the emergency contact she has to be present.”
“I will call her immediately.”
