Nana talked with me about the powers I possess as a descendant of a Royal Lycan bloodline. She explained that I had an outer body power, which allowed me to leave my physical body during a state of relaxed meditation and observe a situation of concern until I was satisfied with the answer or results given. Nana also advised that meditation could occur in any relaxed state of mind and that if I were not satisfied with the answer or result, I would return to my physical body and deal with the situation face to face. Conversely, if I were satisfied with the answers, I would return to my physical body and feel at ease.
