Princeps of Death

It was evening time and Kate was waiting for Ryan.Earlier Ryan called and said that he would take her home.

'*Sigh* This guy is giving me a hard time.He doesn't have to keep an eye on me all the times because of what they said.'

The person that was listening the meeting between them sitting in the balcony was none other than Kate, herself.She didn't bother about the thing about asking them to keep a close eye on everyone especially her

Because the victim of the 'accident' they are talking about is her so the target of 'those' people can be her but what bothered her more was what exactly is that 'accident' they are talking about and who are 'those' people.

'This is getting more complicated than I expected.I need to find out what exactly happened before 17 years first to proceed forward.Whom can I ask to know about the past? Ryan obviously knows about that but he won't even open his mouth.'

'How about I ask senior Mic? Nope I can't trust him.He would tell a lie or inform about this to the family members.Then whom.....Gotcha....There are high chances that she may know about this.'

Kate was thinking hard when someone touched her shoulders.Kate caught the person's hand and twisted it on his back.That guy struggled to break free his hand but it was all in vain.Instead Kate pressed it harder making him twitch in pain releasing a small sound because of the pain.

"Who are you?" Kate asked wondering that he just made a small sound when she almost broke his hand.She pressed it really hard now knowing that he is not simple.

"I-I'm young master Ryan's subordinate, David.We have met once in the White's mansion" he said in a struggling voice as he tried hard not to shout from the pain.His arm is almost broken now.

Kate looked at his face carefully.Since he came out of blue and touched her shoulder she didn't see his face well.The same poker face but this time it has fear all over it.

Kate let go of his hand and said, "Oh it's you! I'm sorry you came without any warning and so I thought you were some child trafficker that is here to kidnap me.It was just a reflex".She smiled at him innocently as she spoke.

'Child trafficker? Seriously? What a silly excuse even a kid would not believe that if you said that you unintentionally broke my arm.But she was really good earlier.I'm the best fighter in the whole army but even I can't put up a fight with her.'

'I know she was trained but didn't know that she was this good at such a young age.Maybe she could even be a match for master Ryan.'

David thought and sighed helplessly at his thoughts.

"What brings you here?" asked Kate seeing him lost in thoughts."Master Ryan had an emergency in the base so he asked me to pick you up....young miss" he said as he bowed at her.

"I see.Okay then we will go home after going to hospital" said kate looking at his arm which he was holding due to pain.

"It's not necessary Miss.You should not spend much time outside and My arm is fine, just some ointment will be enough" he said.

"But it doesn't look fine to me" Kate said as she touched the broken arm.*Hiss* David retreated his arm feeling the pain.

'You shouldn't have looked down on me.Serves you right.'

Kate thought and smiled seeing his reaction.David wasn't very fond of her from the very start.He thought that the person who is the most suitable one to the position is his master but then Kate popped out of no where.

He didn't hold a grudge towards her for snatching the position but he thought that she does not deserve that position.

That was the reason he tapped her on shoulder instead of calling her name and bowing to her.Kate found out who it was the next second but she broke his arm to teach him a lesson.She hated the people who looks down on her.

"It seems to be broken.We should stop by the hospital.It's not a suggestion but an order.I know you won't take orders from me but I don't want my cousin to get angry with me for breaking an arm of his most loyal subordinate without any reason"

It struck him now.If Ryan comes to know of how David treated Kate he would definitely be disappointed in him and if the family heads come to know of it his whole family may be punished.

He disrespected the heir.It is not a treason for the people of the country but he serves the Shades family so he must respect and treat all of his masters the same way.

David now came to know that she is threatening him instead of giving him orders.He looked at her with terrified eyes when he realized it.He gulped down his fear and nodded.

Kate smiled knowing that he understood what she meant.They both got on the car that was brought by David.Kate drived the car since David can't.The remaining guards followed them without them knowing.

Kate stopped at the nearby hospital which belongs to the Harvey.After an hour they left to her house.David left for his work and Kate was alone in the house.

*Ringgg Ringgg* "How is the investigation going?" Kate asked the person who was on the other side of the call.

"It's going well.We are almost there.Just give me a few more days" the person on the other line told her.

"Good but be careful not to get caught.He is a sly fox so we should be more careful" she said as she took off her clothes.After getting an okay in response she hung up the call and went inside the bathroom.

Kate stood under the hot shower.Her sliver hair flown down her shoulders till her waist.She stood under the super hot water for a few minutes.After finishing her shower Kate wore a bathrob and sat on the bed with her laptop.

She searched about the 'accident' before 17 years but there was no informations regarding that.There was not even a single piece of news except her 'death'.

Sunddenly she heard a knock on the door.She closed her laptop and answered, "Yes?"

"Young miss, the dinner is ready and young master came back too.Are you willing to come down or shall I bring your food upstairs?"the maid asked her staying outside.

"I'll come downstairs in a minute.You may go."Kate said standing up from the bed to dress up.She got into something comfortable and came downstairs.

By that time Ryan got freshen up too and was waiting for her."How was school today?" he asked her sitting on his seat.

"Not bad.I got to see the other four too" she said looking at the mouthwatering food.

The only time Kate eat her food to the fullest is the dinner.She have good appetite only at night time.

"Good to know.How were they?" he asked placing a spoonful of rice into his mouth.

"Weird" Kate just said one word with a straight face and started eating her fill.

Ryan looked at her blankly staring at her eating her food without any disturbance.He sighed and started eating too.

After finishing their food Kate went to her room and took her phone.She called a person and the person on the other side, "What a suprise for the Princeps to call me directly!" that person said in a sarcastic tone.

"I got a job for you" Kate said not minding her tone."What!? Even the Princeps is not capable of doing that job? Where are your capable men?" she again said in a sarcastic tone.

"You have the dare to ask me that.Shouldn't I be the one to ask you that?"she said in an evil voice leaning back on the couch she was sitting on, that could make the person on other side shiver without even being face to face with her.

"W-What are you talking about?"she asked sweating heavily."Shall I tell you a story, Hacien.There was once a street dog that got beaten and bitten by peoples and other dogs.That dog always wished for someone to take it home and feed it like any other dogs.

That dog was very weak that every other dogs looked at it like a prey.One day a person that was walking by,saved the dog when he saw it getting beaten and brought it home.

He taught the dog how to be brave.He did everything to make that dog strong.At last the dog became strong too but after becoming strong enough to protect itself and fight with other dogs too it left it's owner and went to the streets again." as Kate was telling the story fear took over the heart of Hacien.

She didn't utter a word as her hands and legs were trembling with fear."Though that man was disappointed, at last he didn't care more.One day when the man was walking in the streets, a street dog bite his hand.That was the same dog he raised.It looked like anyother street dogs but he recognized it while the dog was thinking he wouldn't recognize".

"Now, what do you think that the man should do?That street dog bite the hands that fed it.Isn't that a bad thing to do?" Kate was telling the whole story in a cold but scary tone.

"P-Princeps..." before she could finish her sentence Kate interrupted her."You think you are safe just because anyone don't know about your identity or where you reside.

You think we can't find you and we wouldn't know that you were the one who sold them the information about the location of my men which made them to be killed" as every words escaped her mouth Hacien was struck at her place.

It was like she was frozen,fear took over her whole body that her body was not in her control anymore.She was trembling all over hearing the scariest person's direct threats to her

"Dear Hacien,You can't fool me I'm your master.Have you already forgotten about what happened to the betrayers of mine?....I want the information about what happened before 17 years within two day.

If you fail to present it to me at the given time then a missile will crash apartment 24 in Rolex street of City A the next second and don't even dare to think of selling our informations again.You know I'm a person of my words" Kate hung up the phone after saying what she wanted to tell.

Hacien was shocked on how she found out about her place and her identity but what scared her more is that Princeps is really not a person with empty words.

She was more scared of what will happen to her for betraying their organization, after all she was not given the name Princeps of death for nothing.Just the thought of it made Hacien wanted to die.

Atleast this way she can die painlessly.She was still trembling but the most important thing now is to finish her task or else the news of terrorists intruding in her country will be the headlines of the next day.

A girl who became the most feared person of all mafias of the whole underworldl, all illegal organizations and even many governments within just 4 years is not to be underestimated.She became the ruler of death and is ruling the world in such a short period.Her amibition are not small nor her power.
