Third Person's POV
Death wakes up in an unfamiliar place where he is strapped tightly in the chair he is sitting on. He tried to loosen the rope, but he was still weak in the fierce battle they just had. His eyes fluttered as when the light turns on and see where he is. How can you be so calm if you see things that can hurt or kill you that are in the very same room with you? He saw daggers, axes, kunai, shuriken, and other weapons.
"You're awake." His whole body was frozen to death when he heard that voice. The voice that almost killed him before, the sweet angelic voice but at the same time is a demon as hell.
"Where am I?! King will kill you!" in spite of the fear that he had been feeling he is able to say and still threaten her
"He will kill all of you if he ever found this." Death threatens her
"My, my. You think you are important to King?" Death is about to have a heart attack when she laughed evilly. No, she's even more frightening than the demon itself.
"Now who is your King?"
"I don't know! I don't know!"
"Hays. That's what you always say." She's disappointed by his answer, she stabs a dagger to his legs.
"Ahhhhhh! You can kill me but I won't say a word to you!" Death says while he's on the verge of tears.
"Ah, don't ruin my pleasure here. Why should I kill you? How could I get an answer from you if I kill you? And for your information, I'm still enjoying this." Death could not answer because he was trembling in fear at what she's saying and to what she's about to do.
"Now let me repeat my question, who is your King?" He still didn't talk, so she got bored and stab his other leg with the dagger again.
"AHHHHH! YOU CRAZY BITCH." She laughed hysterically
"Who is your king ?!" When she noticed that he doesn't have any will to speak she took the kunai and cut off his right leg.
"AGHHHH! Y-YOU f*****g CRAZY B-b***h!" 'King's is good at choosing his underlings because they are so strong and loyal to him.' she thought.
"You're still not going to talk eh?"
"Just kill me pl-please?" Death pleaded. 'It's funny to think that his codename is Death, but he's begging to be killed' she thought.
"No, no. Just tell me where or who the king is and I will spare your life." 'It seems like he really has no intention to speak about king' The empress was about to cut off his left leg but suddenly there was a dagger on Death's forehead that ended his life.
Caitlin's POV
"What the f**k" a death glare greeted me as I looked where the dagger came from.
"You're playing again with our captive, Caitlin."
"That's because he doesn't want to talk about King!" I said cutely to him, I hope it works
"Aist! Don't do that cuteness, Caitlin!" Yes, success!
"I told you that I was going to handle him, you know I don't want that kind of torture Caitlin. We don't have to be like them, and be like an animal."
"I'm sorry, you're right. I won't be doing that again. Don't be mad, please?"
"Well, come on and Alexa has been looking for you." I look at Death one more time. 'I'm sorry.' I whispered as I stared at him. As my brother and I were coming downstairs, we heard a very hyper voice.
"Knock knock. Who's there? Hito. Hito who?" Jacob laughed before continuing. "Hito ako basang basa sa ulan!" (it's a Tagalog joke) said Jacob, and we saw Alexa's poker face. My brother and I just shook our heads because of what we saw.
"Why are you like that, laugh at my jokes!"
"Jacob if you are going to tell a joke make sure you have never joked that to us or something new!" Alexa said annoyed.
"Yes Jacob my love, you have told that ten times already." And put my hands around him.
"Oh, you are here already."
"Nope just a picture of me" insert sarcasm. He would have answered but Alexa already spoke.
"Empress, I found out that four of the underling of HDG are studying at Reyes University. Ranked 1, 4,5,6 in BA So basically we have to go to school to monitor their every move, this is the best breakthrough we can do. " Alexa explains
"Oh my gosh but I hate school." I didn't really like school we just homeschool to avoid schools, there are so many bitches in every school.
"Me too, I don't want to go to school." He's so cute, that's why I love this guy!
"Well, we have no other choice, Caitlin. This is a way to speed up our search to King." Said my brother Caden and Alexa nodded. While Jacob and I looked at each other.
"I don't want to go to school." Jacob and I both pleaded and the two laughed.
"Hays, it looks like we can't do anything Jacob my loves."
"Yes Empress my loves, it's for our own good" Jacob agreed.
"Call George to enroll us in that school. OK?" I order to my brother jokingly
"Caitlin Anne Taylor! You may have forgotten that you are my younger sister. So don't you dare order me around." My brother complains. He is really a complainant.
"Please Caden Blake Taylor. I'm sleepy, so I'm going to sleep now. Bye. Good night guys." And I ran quickly upstairs so my older brother couldn't complain to me anymore.
School huh? I got a bad feeling about this plan. I wish I'm wrong about this.
Caden's POV
See this girl, she runs away suddenly. Hays, what else can I do with madam Empress but to follow her orders.
"Hello, George? Can you enroll us at Reyes University, you know the drill right?"
[Yes and right away master.]
"Thank you, George. You're the best."
[Haha, thank you, master]
And I ended the call. George? He's been our left and right hand since our parents died. He also became our mom and dad. He also taught us how to fight. So everything Caitlin and I have now and know is because of George.
I miss Mom and Dad all of a sudden. "Mom, Dad. Just a little more, we're almost there." I didn't realize that I was crying. It was six years ago but it seemed like yesterday.
"Don't cry, we will have justice for your parents soon." Alexa comforted me. It's nice that they are here for us, I don't think I can do all of this if they weren't here.
"Thanks, Alexa." Then I hug her tightly.
"Let's sleep?" She said and stood up and took my hand.
"Let's go" I secretly smiled because of that.
