I’ve just dropped Lia off and I’ve got somewhere I need to be, but I had to come get my phone first cause I need it for where I’m going.
I pull up in my driveway and find Kyle’s car parked upfront.
“What the hell, man?” he asks, getting out of his car as soon as I get out of mine.
“What’s up?” I ask, not sure what he's talking about.
“Dude! I’ve been trying to get hold of you since last night.”
“What’s wrong?”
“I should be asking you that. I saw your two missed calls last night, but about three hours later. Gabby and I had something on and I didn’t hear my phone. I called you back, but your phone was off. I assumed you were sleeping since I saw them a few hours later…”
