I noticed Alysia's countenance change immediately Sarah walked in and I reached my hand for her beneath the table, squeezing slightly to assure her that I was here for her.
I had already done a thorough investigation the time Blake had visited and from what I learnt, I believed that she had no hand in the death of her mother.
“Tell us everything, Sarah.” Victoria muttered and Sarah had a dark smirk as she joined us.
“You killed mom when you were eight years old. You didn’t stop there. You also tried to seduce my mate, Blake and when he refused your advances, you ran away.” Sarah accused and her slanders made my blood boil.
“I didn’t… I didn’t kill mom. I didn’t try to seduce Blake.” She tried to defend herself, her voice was barely audible and her eyes were teary.
