His right hand is his best friend. His body so accustomed to the pleasure he brings himself as he slips a finger inside his little aching hole. He moans when his fingers barely touch his sensitive c- The ring of his phone, alerting him to a notification, stops him in his tracks. His brows furrow and he wipes his hands on a towel nearby before reaching for the pesky device. He looks at the screen of his phone, his fantasy definitely put on hold. He unlocks the screen and his eyes flit across the message. His breath hitches. He wants to meet? Dr. Brennan wants to meet him! His heart races and he can't come up with a reply. If he's honest... he doesn't know what he wants. He doesn't know what he wants from this or from Dr. Brennan. He sits up in bed, his lower half naked and bare. He places his phone on his thigh for a brief moment and closes his eyes. Does he want to meet? Yes. Is he scared? Terrified. So f***ing terrified for so many reasons. What if Dr. Brennan turns out to be a catfish? What if he's real? But what if he's a killer? What if he's genuine? Ugh! So many conflicting thoughts. Each one contradicting the last. He nearly jumps out of his skin when his phone vibrates against his warm skin. He looks at the new message and his heart aches. He's so kind, so understanding. Why would he ever fall for someone like himself? Someone weak and... and weird? He has so many issues that are his own and he doesn't know if he's ready. He wants something... something casual, s****l, but also something that can become permanent. Maybe he really doesn't want just a sugar daddy... And another thought pops into his mind. What if Dr. Brennan is actually married? Wait. He clicks on the man's profile, and he should feel relief when it says he's single. After all, it is a dating site. Still... he could be lying, right? Without realizing it, he's typing a reply. Short. Simple. Okay. [Message Sent] He stares at his phone. Heart throbbing inside his chest. Did he make a mistake? Did he agree to something he'll regret. He bites his lip. Maybe... maybe we should exchange numbers? The reply is instant. An eager agreement that has the butterflies in his stomach going wild. Again without thinking, he presses send. (908) 405- xxxx And when his phone starts ringing, he doesn't know what to do. He answers. He stares in shock. It's just one mistake after another. "Hello?" He panics and presses his ear to the receiver, his voice shy and soft, "hi?" "Daniel?" His breath hitches. That voice, deep and rich, smooth like fine wine calling his name. He croaks a weak, "Dr. Brennan?" A warm chuckle makes Daniel's heart skip a beat, his hungry little hole tingling at the breathy sound. "Just Brennan is fine," the man assures. "Brennan," Daniel breathes. "Daniel," Dr. Br- no, Brennan says, "Sorry for calling so late, I just wanted to make sure you had my number." His number... holy sh*t! He has Dr. Brennan's number! Better yet... he can hear his voice. "It's okay," Daniel whispers, cheeks flushing. "I'm glad," and there's hesitance in the man's voice, "I guess I should let you sleep. I'll text and we can agree when and where we can go for out first date." Daniel's heart skips a beat, "Our first date..." "Unless you changed your mind about meeting? It's okay, I understand if you're uneasy. Like I said before, we don't have to-" "No!" Daniel cries out, almost desperately, "I mean... can we continue this? Talking... texting until then. I have midterms coming up and I don't know when... when I'll be free. Sorry, I'm-" "It's okay, you don't have to explain yourself. Of course we can continue messaging each other and I'll call you. So much so that you'll be sick of me." Daniel smiles, a small laugh falling from his lips, "Okay." He feels warm and not just from arousal. "Call me? Call you?" "Call me," Daniel whispers, "I don't want to call you at a bad time, considering you're a doctor and all." "If it means hearing your voice," Dr. Brennan assures, "it's never a bad time." Daniel's sweet smile grows, "Okay." And both hesitantly wish the other good night. Daniel can't sleep, can't think properly. And Brennan, well, he's too pleased. Soon. So soon. He'll have him where he wants.
