Kristel stared out the window. She was sitting on the seat of her study table. It had been raining for a week. It seemed like it had no intention of stopping. She had just written a paper containing her reflections on the history of Eldera.
While her roommate, Erania, was sitting on her bed reading a book, she hadn’t said why she was crying last week. She was still curious about it.
"Erania, are you busy right now?" Kristel asked. She looked at her.
"No, why?" Erania questioned her.
Kristel thought about it. "I want to eat. Demitri will come, and it looks like Jhensy won't be able to come with us. It looks like he's not done with her reflection yet," she said, crossing her fingers that Erania wouldn't notice. Kristel lied about Jhensy being unable to join.
