Kristel sat on the garden swing and ignored the man. She was in no mood to talk to him, and she needed to be able to talk to Jhensy, but Kristel didn't know where he was. A sigh went out of her mouth, and she appreciated the view around her. “Your bratty attitude,” Kyder said as Kristel looked around at him, five steps away from where he was standing and where she was. Now she just noticed the book the man was holding. The hard bound cover was in scarlet color, but she couldn't read the title because it was covered by his long fingers. Kyder's eyes moved to his book, and a playful smile set on his lips. “Have you read The Tale of Sontana?” he asked Kristel. He moved his gaze to her. Kristel averted her stare at the book, and looked at the fountain in the middle of the garden.
