Chapter Nine
Swingers and Saints
At breakfast were Christine, David, Julia, Penny and Charlotte. It was going to be a full day, since various guests were coming and they were undermanned. Penny offered her services, since she was newly unemployed.
“Are you really? Are you really?” answered Christine, thoughtfully. She took Penny up on her offer immediately. After all that she had been through, Charlotte only wanted a quiet evening; although she would be glad to help Julia out, she thought she would not join in with any games.
Christine and Tom looked sympathetic.
