The place to attack the boss was good. The friends killed the rat around the corner and could hope that the guard wouldn't interfere with Dan's phantom summoning activities. The hobbits were excellent insurance in case the rat appeared.
Tom looked at the monster and moved his lips. He was making calculations and the results of the calculations didn't like the phantom. For one adventure, it's an uncomplicated fight. But in the Tower of Destiny, they would meet 19 Big Bosses on the 19th floor! Even this monster will have to be fiddled with for at least ten minutes.
