Layla and Miria's departure had been very hasty; so much so that Layla had told Rosalie she need not see her off. However, it would not have been etiquettely proper for the hostess to not see her guests off and she was at the foyer with them as the servants loaded the luggage on to the carriage. Rosalie still could not understand why Layla wanted to leave, and with Miria, too. She did not think to ask because she would have been told the same thing as before: not to worry about much and to enjoy her time with Creed, which she definitely would.
