Episode 3

Since gifting him all the things he liked and making sure that she was always some where he would 'accidentally naturally' see her failed, Camila was now going to bring out the big guns. The fist one wasn't bad, all she did was befriend his friends, that way she would surely get to catch his attention. Well it would have worked but she had a hard time breaking into their barrier, that she had no choice but to give up after weeks of zero progress. The second one was questionable. She somehow managed to switch herself into Adam's class. Okay that's a bit of an exaggeration, she told her Dad how horrible her class' academics were compared to others in the same grade. Her Dad then talked the school's Principal into transferring Camila to the top class in her grade, which no doubt happened to be Adam's class.

The school didn't class student based on their academics, if anything Camila's class was only behind Adam's by ten percent in terms of class average. I believe Adam, Liam and the other excellent students were the main reason why the Principal agreed to the switch (Camila's Dad's influence aside). Even though she was a descent student, Camila made sure that her academic performance would solidify her request by letting it drop a bit. With parents like hers who would get her even the moon if she said that she wanted it, Camilla knew that this was one fool proof plan.

After successfully switching classes she literally brought the seat next to Adam from his original desk mate.This should not be surprising, I mean I did mention that the girl was obsessed. Unfortunately for her even though Adam now knew her, he treated her indifferently. He wasn't mean or anything and would also share his textbooks or even help her whenever she would ask for assistance but that's all there was to it. He would carry on doing whatever he used to do before she became his desk mate. She would invite him for lunch, over to her house, act like a damsel in distress but none of that would get to him, he would always either ignore or brush her off. There was no change on his end what so ever as that's the exact same way he treated all his desk mates. He would always help them while still keeping a wall between them and being indifferent. No matter what she tried Camila always ened up getting indirectly rejected, she didn't even have his phone numbers.

This all but fuelled Camila's desire to get him even more, leading us to her third and final resort, influence. She gathered whatever information, little or big on Adam. That of course was accomplished with the help of her Dad's personal assistant after lying about it being a 'Get to know your partner' class project. Nothing was going to stop her from getting what she wanted, not even a little white lie. Was she being a stalker? I believe that she was beyond it at that level. Just for clarity, this part of the storyline is one that Adam till date has no clue about. Sure some people around him might have long noticed everything so far but him on the other had was as oblivious as ever. He hated drama and being indifferent always helped him avoid it, well that's until Camila forced herself into the picture.
