The Logan's house was a modest home. Flowers and vines around the yard showed that someone was catering to them with utmost care.
A man and woman stood outside surrounded by a lot of dogs. Ivy counted at least five dogs, and just when she thought that was it, a Husky poked its head through the blinds of a window. Wow! How many dogs did they have?
Ivy hesitated as she was unsure how the dogs would react to a stranger.
“They don't bite!" Andrew said seeming to sense her hesitation.
Ivy nodded and nervously stepped out as the man and woman rushed towards them.
“Is he still in there?" Andrew asked, and the woman nodded, a look of pure fear on her face.
“This is Ivy!" Andrew said, and when he didn't tell her who the couple was, Ivy deduced that those were his parents.
