Damien POV.
I am sat in my chair in the office when Alex walks in. "How was the boys" not looking up from my laptop. "Good as gold" Alex said. "Leo kept asking for you but we got there today" I nodded at that. "Can you at least try and help at bed time today" I looked up at Alex who was now sat at his desk looking at me. "I will try but their is alot of work to do you know this" I picked up some paperwork when William walks in with James. "Good morning we have a bit of a issue" said William. I looked up at him "what is it" I said in a pissed of tune. Alex sits back in his chair "well" he said. "our hunters have got sick and now are in the pack house" I close my eyes and link Alex "Deal with this i have better things to deal with, fix it" Closing the link. i open my eyes to see Alex walk out with William. James looked at me "what James" i shouted. "sir there has been some wolfs coming in and out of our lands. am not sure if they are aware of doing this. but i will like to send some wolfs out to check" He looked down at the floor as he speaks. "Okay James send some wolfs out but not to many" I said and he walks out.
I close my eyes and I close of my links to the pack and fall asleep unsure of what was happening in our land. until i feel a poke inside of my head trying to get though. I open the link to hear "Rogues sir"
Alex POV
I walk towards the Hunters that were sick with William. "what's wrong with them" I asked William "unsure sir but they have been sick and having bad headaches. they are in a bad way" I nodded as we walk i to a room full of hunters who look really sick. The doctors running around checking on them. "Doctor Pete" I said and a doctor stopped and walked over to me. "What's happened" we looked at the men. "I think sir they have been poisoned sir" I took a deep breath and tried to link Damien but nothing. "bet he has fallen asleep" Said my wolf making me laugh. "He has been really busy with this new pack" i said back to my wolf. "make sure them are well. Sooner the better Pete" i shouted back at him as i leave. I walk towards the door when i smelt my Luna. I see her walking around making sure everyone is doing their jobs. She is perfect, i watched her a little. Shaking my head when i hear James in my head "Sir" I sigh "Yes James" , "Sir i cant find these wolfs anywhere they have gone", "Keeping looking James they cant be fair". I start to walk back to the office when i hear James Howl coming from the wood "s**t" i mumbled I head towards the door when Damien comes running out shouting at everyone to hide. That's when i knew it was Rogues. We got towards the door when we saw our Luna with our pups running inside with others following her inside. Damien started to shout again "get inside now" he says in his Alpha voice. I hear our pups crying which broke my heart hearing them. I stopped Haylee at the door checking to see if they were okay and both me and Damien kissed them and said "go to the room and lock your self in with the boys do you understand" She nods running to the save room. knowing they will be safe we started to run. "make sure everyone is in Alex" Damien linked me.
Third POV
Damien was the one to shift into his wolf and started running towards James. Alex stayed behind to make sure everyone was in the pack house and then started to run towards Damien. They both got to James who was already fighting in his wolf form taking down many wolfs as he goes. William also turns up with many of our wolfs who was ready to fight as well. Damien stood in front of a light brown rogue wolf ready to fight each other. Damien started by growing a them, they started to circle each other waiting for one to move first. Damien moves first going for the rouge neck and killing fast. Alex does the same with a different wolf. Alex and Damien feels their mates sadness and her trying to be strong for their pups. Not long after they both feel her fall sleep with their pups knowing they where save they continued to fight along their wolfs. James and William helped each other when it came to fighting they made a great team. James turned his back to see a she-wolf slowly walk towards him, she wasn't a rouge well she didn't feel like one to him. He closed his eyes for a second when he smelt her scent of chocolate and bread. She smelt like his mate. He ran towards her claiming her in front of his Alphas and pack. There was cheers and shouts coming into his head from his pack link. "We need to find out where she came from James take her back and talk to her about this..... Now" Damien shouts in the pack link. James and his mate run back to the pack house.
After a lot of fighting only a hand full of wolfs were hurt and no one died apart of the rouges. Both Alphas made sure everyone got home safe and sound.
Damien walked into the pack house without shifting and he run up the 4 floors with ease. He walks towards the door when the door opened and he walked inside. He looks up at his mate and started to look around the room to make everything was in its place. Damien noticed the door to the safe room was open. He slowly walks inside and notice to 2 small pups asleep on the bed cuddling into each other. Smiling and feeling relived he walked back out to see his mate standing there watching him do his rounds of the room. Damien then walked up to Haylee and started to nudge to make sure she was safe and when happy he shifted back. Damien looked at her and walked towards her needed to need to hold his mate in his arms. He then kissed her hard making her moan into him. She then pulled his hair mkaing Damien moan a little as well. Once done he licked his lips and looked up to find Alex standing there. Alex then looked around and walked towards the boys. Alex walked out to find Damien looking at him and standing next Haylee. "Hey" Haylee said smiling at Alex "glad that you are okay little wolf and the pups are safe" Damien smiles and turns to Haylee and says "It was nothing to worry about just some wolfs on our land, we dealt with it" Damien smiles. We heard some small rounds in the safe room, We turn around to find two small pups looking at us. Smiling down at our sleepy pups we heard a little voice "Mumma" said a sleepy Leo. Haylee walked over and gave them bath a cuddle. "we are okay" Haylee said to the boys.
