The windows are fogged up, our clothes wrinkled, hanging off our bodies, as we lay in the back seat, cramped and sweaty. "Oh, yes, that's exactly what I needed," I breathe, laying against his chest. His arms wrapping around my torso. "You're so..." He twirls a strand of my hair. I lick my lips. "Freaky?" I joke. "I was gonna say toxic," He snorts. "But yep, that too." I smirk turning over on his body. He looks from at me either smile, his lips seeking mine. "You know what we should do?" He rasps. "What?" "We should go shooting together. Wouldn't that be fun?" I roll my eyes. "Is that your idea of a date?" He c***s his head, a small smile on his lips. "You wanna go on a date with me?" I look away. "Of course not! I mean-I just-" I shake my head, stopping my words, starting over. "It's not like I...like you...okay?" He smiles wider. "Okay, let's go shooting tommorow. And after that, we can get dinner." Removing myself from his body, I sit up, putting space between us. I fix my hair, sighing. "I'm only saying yes, because I need to work on my aim." Giuseppe grins, biting his lip. "Of course. I know, it's not like you like me." "Exactly," I huff. That damned criminal. "So if the shooting range goes well, how about we train together? Purely for physical exercise, of course." "We'll see," I purse my lips. They want to quirk up for some odd reason. He laughs. "You're so prickly, like a cute little cactus." "Don't call me cute, estúpido. I could knock you out in five minutes." He smiles, leaning in to me. "Oh, really? Cause right now, I'm not getting that. You know what I am getting? Adorable!" I push his head away. "Don't call me that either! I am the future Queenpin of the Eses. I-" He covers his mouth, his smile reaching behind his hands. "Go ahead," He cracks up. "You only cuter, when you puff out your chest and threaten me. Like a little kitten." I narrow my eyes. "You wanna fight, white boy?" He raises a hand in surrender. "No ma'am." "Good, because I'll knock you out." He smiles, stealing a kiss. "K.O." He whispered, grinning. That damned criminal! "Um...Mr. Vitale," The driver croaked. "Yes?" "C-Can I take the Miss home now?" That poor driver. I think he witnessed some unspeakable things. "Yes," Giuseppe orders firmly. The car starts moving and he's smiling at me again. "Desiree," He starts. "I had a good time tonight." That reminds me... "What were you doing there?" I ask nonchalantly. It's not like I care what he does. I'm just curious y'know. "Oh, I was hoping to help Levi get over his shyness around women-" He shrugged. "I guess it helped." "Why is he shy around women anyway? He's good looking." Giuseppe gives me a look, before continuing. "He mostly stays around his sister, Luna. Any other contact with females is usually limited to family members." "Why?" I press. Giuseppe shrugs. "Because he's always around Luna. They go everywhere together, always have. They're twins." I nod, I guess that makes sense. We sit in a comfortable silence, as the car drives down the road smoothly. I glance at him, my eyes held captive by his profile. His thick dark hair is tossuled by out little romp, his jaw strong, his Roman nose, his plump lips... "I love your hair," I whisper. He looks at me. "What?" "I love the...air. Anyway." He smiles, looking back out the window. I look at him. He's gorgeous, for a man. A true work of art. But I never understood art. And what I don't understand, I tend not to like.
