30. “You what?” Sophie screams. “You what?” She wants to throw something at him. A vase. The baby. Anything. They are in the kitchen. Rebecca is nestled on Sophie’s hip. Crying. Sophie made her cry by screaming. “No. I can’t believe this. No.” Paul shakes his head. He looks at the floor. “How could you?” Sophie thinks suddenly that this is like TV. She sees herself from above now.
