Chapter 3

Getting ready to meet Matt for the first time... Wore a floral printed top which is just above the knee and while doing make up... Booked a cab... I was feeling guilty about Matthew and not feeling good about the meeting... However, as its planned I had to get ready... Applied some mascara, cream and left my hair free...

Meanwhile I got a call from cab driver... Just got up from the chair... Looked in the mirror with a fake smile and left the apartment..

I was just thinking about Matthew while I was in the lift and in the cab and was thinking to make a decision about the situation as soon as possible..

When I reached the cafe, Matt already was there waiting for me..

"Hi, Ann,"

"Hi Matt,"

"Please take a seat"

Meanwhile, waiter came with a menu..

I told waiter to get me the regular coffee I used to order and Matt ordered lemonade..

After waiter left, I started the conversation asking about his hobbies and he was telling something and it just occurred to me that if I select Matt, then I will never meet Matthew in a regular basis which scared me more than anything else... Then I realised that how much I am connected to him... Then suddenly Matt asked me "what are your hobbies?"

I told that I would like to paint and write in my free time..

When he was about to ask another question... I interrupted him by telling...

"Matt, I'm really sorry that this is not going to work as I just realised that I am in love with someone else" adding to it I said that "I can't even imagine my life without this person... I'm really sorry about the same... I didn't inform you this as I just realised this"..

When I said this... He just said "All the best, Ann... It's not a problem... You want me to leave or can we finish the beverages??"

I smiled and said "thank you so much Matt for being such wonderful support... , Let's finish beverages and let's be friends..."

He smiled and we left the cafe after a while...
