“MS. WILLIAMS, IS IT your intent to represent all of those charged here today from Saturday’s incident?”
“It is for many of them Your Honor. All of those women who were attending a peaceable march and rally who have not already retained their own counsel.”
“Do you have a list of those you intend to represent?”
“I do.”
The judge waved her toward the dais and perused the list she handed him.
“We’ll work through all of these together then since you’ve got most of the top of the docket. You might as well just go ahead and take over the defendant’s table but be quick about it. We have a lot to get through.”
