Part 2 : Sean POV

I had just got home for the weekend, I was glad I put that paperwork in early to get this break. The army had been riding my ass about this weight issue I had been having all my life.

It was nice to finally enjoy a break where no one is yelling at you about the most random things.

I was dreading having to spend another break on base but not as much as I was dreading making this phone call. But my parents were forcing me to face this head on.

Being a man and taking care if my responsibility.

"Jayd, are you busy?" I asked once I heard the line pick up.

"Just sitting here doing homework." She sighed I could tell she was tired.

"Well pack a bag for the night. I'm coming to get you we need to talk." I say pulling my jeans up and grabbing my keys

"I'd rather stay home. I have homework and the girls." She said quickly.

"Jayd we need to talk. The baby shower is coming up, we still haven't picked a name, hell our relationship. It's a lot of s**t we need to clear while I'm home now." She took a breath

"Sean let me tell you what you not gonna do, boss me around as if you own me. Ever since we found out about this baby and it was too late to consider options you've been down my back about everything. How you know if I wanna stay in Atlanta? Or what if I wanna give the baby up, or what if I move back to New York or what if I'm talking to another nigga-"

"Jayd you better not be talking to no other nigga! " I sighed cutting her off.

"Jayd why can't you see I love you?" She didn't speak

"I'm distant because I'm scared as hell. We both didn't come from decent homes. So get your ass dressed, pack your school s**t, and an overnight bag I'll see you in 20 mins." and I hang up.

"Whoa!" my Lil brother Chris says. "The baby OK?" I sighed

"I'm gonna tell her bro." His eyebrows went up.

I talked to Chris about everything and I had been talking to him about doing things right with Jayd. She was really my heart. I freaked when she told me she was pregnant. I'm away on base and she's in the city. My team lead, my parents hell even Chris, our grandparents had been on my ass about proposing to Jayd. She truly made me happy. I needed to tell her before I lost her for good.

I walk upstairs to the main floor and my parents are watching TV in the living room.

"Going to go get y'all favorite person." I say as they paused their show.

"Good I've missed my craft buddy. " MA says.

"Can you pick up food? " dad asked.

"Really?" I asked in a sarcastic tone

"Hey, we were waiting on one of y'all to come up." MA says getting up to find her purse.

"We'll make you feel better, well even pay for you and Jayd. Where ever you stop just call us." Dad says as MA hands me her debit card.

"Anywhere?" I asked

"Not anywhere, whatever Jayd wants." MA says as she sits back down.

"Get going we hungry. " dad says waving me to walk by.

I roll my eyes and head out the front door. I get in my car and head to my destination...

Jayd's POV

After he says why he has to say this nigga just hangs up.

This nigga tripping if he really thinks I'm spending the night.

I continue to sit in the living room doing my homework because if I go to bed it won't get done at all since I have to work 1st and 2nd shift the rest of the week. I hadn't moved but when Chanel went barking all crazy running full throttle to the door as Sean walked in

"Why aren't you packed?" he asked carrying a now settled Chanel.

"You thought I was playing?" He gives me this look

"Sean I don't want to be bothered"

"Jayd bring your ass. I gotta get food, people are waiting to see you and you'll actually be able to rest." I hated that he was right but I don't want to be around his fake ass mama.

She just fake as f**k!

"Girl! Take your ass with that boy!" My mama yells from her room making us laugh.

See what his mama don't know is Chris' girlfriend Tammy told me all the s**t his mama talked when we broke up the beginning of my pregnancy, not knowing I was even pregnant. How she was so glad they didn't have to see me anymore.
