My fingers were clenched up into tight balls and I placed them on my lap as I growled that the man that had promised me the entire world or very little less than that.
He had been lying right through his teeth all these time. How long was he planning to deceive me like this throughout my pregnancy or even after the baby was born as well?
Just thinking about that made it hard to even look at him, but he was determined to stay there with me as he shifted closer on the bed, trying to hold my hand, but I shoved him away.
"Don't touch me!" I snapped at him.
"The last thing I need around me and my unborn child is a two-faced liar. Tell me, are you even a king? or did you also make that one up to see how long you can deceive me as well?"
