I couldn't believe Mildred did all she did last night when she wasn't drunk, it was totally unusual of her and I wondered how shy she would feel when she woke up.
I tucked a strand of straying hair behind her ear, and her beautiful face looked more appealing. I place a soft kiss on her forehead and she smiled, with her eyes still closed.
"Alpha, you should start coming back already." I heard Todd say through the mind-link. "It's an emergency, so please start coming immediately."
The link disconnected and every attempt to reach him proved futile. I was confused and uncomfortable.
