I knew I should have never trusted this man in the first place, he had kept me in this cage that he called a cozy room for what practically felt like years now, and I felt like I was losing my mind.
The only person that saw me apart from the maid that brought my food was the doctor that would personally come along to check up on me. But apart from them, I was not allowed to make contact with anyone else.
I was not his freaking prisoner didn't he understand that? Now he was planning to go on a so-called business trip and abandoning me here with his baby.
