Chapter 12

Kimayu and the others are enjoying their time in the amusement park when suddenly Kimayu and Shiseki got separated from the others. Shiseki is holding Kimayu's hand to make sure they not get separated anymore, but finding Shirokuro and the others is so hard because of the many people in the area. Shiseki cannot handle the awkward atmosphere in them, so he wants to find the others as soon as possible. Kimayu also notices the awkward atmosphere, and she thinks that maybe this is the perfect opportunity to ask him.

"Umm... Shiseki..."

"Yes?" he replies, not bothering to take even a small glance in her direction.

"Why did you ask Sumaru-san to take over your task?" Shiseki shifts his gaze in her direction; a look of surprise is evident on his face. He doesn't know what to do or what to respond, even he... He really doesn't know why he asks Sumaru to take over the task that Hanzen gave him. He thinks that maybe he got caught up with the moment when it happened. While an inner battle was going on in his mind, he didn't notice a little boy running to the both of them. As the little boy bump him, he quickly apologizes then began to run again. But the apologies of the boy gone unnoticed by the both of them.

When the boy bumps into Shiseki, he lost his balance and fell on top of Kimayu. As both of them there fall on the ground, they didn't dare to do anything. They just look at each other's eyes; the people around them were unnoticed by the two of them as they continue to look at each other's eyes. Shiseki can't handle it anymore; he will not back off anymore. He will not longer stand back for Tenba anymore; he will become selfish even it means breaking the law! Standing with a blush on his face, he helped Kimayu to stand.

"Thank you!" Kimayu said, looking down and a blush on her face. She startles when Shiseki suddenly holds her hand; as Kimayu looks up, she saw many emotions swirling in the eyes of Ikaru Shiseki. And because of that, she's feeling butterflies flying on her stomach.

"Can we go somewhere private? I want to ask you something!" the genuine smile Shiseki was giving. She just can't take it anymore; with a blush on her face, she nods.

"Common, let's ride this one!" Yoru cheerfully said. Shirokuro agreeing while Beni has been looking around, and she began to notice something.

"Where's Wakasa-san and Ikaru-san?" and at that moment, they realize that Kimayu and Shiseki got separated from them.

"Umm... Shiseki... What do you want to ask?" Shiseki looks at her lovingly while holding her hands. This is it he will become selfish; he doesn't care anymore.

"Wakasa Kimayu..."

"Yes?" Shiseki looks at her with a loving gaze.

"Can you be my bride?" the question makes Kimayu's heart to stop; there's only one answer for that question. And without a second thought, she launches herself to Shiseki, hugging him like there's no tomorrow.

"Yes, Shiseki! I'll be your bride!" she answers happily. He sighed in relief as he returns the hug, kissing Kimayu's forehead at the same time.

"I'm so glad you said yes!" Shiseki said in relief.

"And I'm so glad you've returned my feelings!" Kimayu said happily.

"Kimayu..."

"Hmm?"

"Can we keep this a secret for now?"

"Eh? Why?"

"We will face a lot of problems if we announce it now, and our no. 1 problem is Hanzen-san..."

"Yeah... He said if someone's dating me, he should ask permission first to him before dating me!" Shiseki just laughs and peck Kimayu's lips, causing her to blush and hide her face in his chest.

"Let's go find the others! I bet they're already worried!"

"Yoru, did you see them there?" Shirokuro ask.

"Nope! How about you, Roku, Beni?" Yoru said worriedly.

"We didn't find them neither..." Beni said as she goes to the other two.

"Damn it! Where they did go to!" Shirokuro said, kind of frustrated.

"Guys!" the three of them look at the voice and saw Kimayu with Shiseki. Yoru, with teary eyes, runs to the both of them while Shirokuro sigh in relief, same with Beni.

"Mayu! Where did both of you have gone to!?" Yoru asks, pouting. Kimayu just laughs awkwardly; she's a little relieved that the others don't notice that the both of them are holding hands. But both of them don't know that Yoru saw it. Yoru knew something good happened, and she's eager to hear the story to her nii nii-sama.

But Kimayu and Shiseki didn't know; that even fate already lead them to each other, it still has something for both of them. Indeed fate really is a cruel thing because Kimayu and Shiseki will face something. It consists of 9 letters, and that word is Challenge.
